Motherwell: Postpartum Circles

Where every mother is held, and every story is honored

Motherhood wasn’t meant to be done alone. Whether you’re freshly postpartum or a year in, this is your village now.

Upcoming Circles

Motherwell: Postpartum Circle is a six-week, in-person support series designed to help you connect, be seen, and feel supported through every stage of early motherhood. Together, we gather weekly to share stories, explore the transitions of postpartum life, and connect with other local moms who truly get it.

Each week focuses on a different theme, from birth stories and identity shifts to boundaries, mental health, self-care, and relationships after baby. You’ll also hear from local experts in areas like pelvic floor health, postpartum wellness,  mental health coach, social worker, who join us to share tools, wisdom, and encouragement.

This isn’t a class where you have to show up polished or pretend to have it all together. Come as you are, messy bun, tears, spit-up and all. You belong here.

The U.S. is failing moms. We’re here to rewrite the story.

Research shows that while up to 85% of new mothers experience the baby blues1 in 8 go on to face more serious postpartum depression and many of those cases go undiagnosed.

We believe motherhood deserves more than “getting by.” It deserves care, community, and deep support.
