My goal is to help you have a safe, supported, and fulfilling birth experience, no matter how you bring your baby into the world.At the heart of my work as a doula is the belief that there is no “right” way to give birth, to parent, or to begin your journey into motherhood. Every story is different, and that’s what makes it beautiful.
I honor your unique path, your voice, and your intuition. Whether you choose an unmedicated birth, a planned cesarean, bottle feeding, co-sleeping, or anything in between — your decisions are valid, and you deserve to be fully supported in them.
I believe in meeting you where you are, holding space without judgment, and walking alongside you as you learn what it means to mother in your own way.
We provide you and your partner with emotional, physical, and informational support every step of the way. I believe in empowering you with evidence-based education to help you make confident, informed decisions about your care. Our services include prenatal visits, birth planning and preparation, labor and birth support, postpartum care, newborn education, and virtual support.

Newborn Care confidence builder - $300In-person support to help you feel confident caring for your baby.
A 2-3 hour hands-on session designed to walk you through the essentials of newborn care. I’ll come to you and gently guide you through what to expect in the early weeks, answer your questions, and help you feel empowered as you settle into life with your little one.
What we’ll cover:
Diapering, swaddling, bathing, and soothing techniques
Newborn sleep basics and how to create a calm space
Feeding support (breast or bottle) and hunger cues
Babywearing, holding, and safe sleep practices
How to interpret your baby’s cues and build confidence
